JOB PROFILE:
Provide a comprehensive recruitment service using the relevant recruitment system. Responsible for all Entry, middle and senior level requirements by head hunting, speaking to candidates, scrutinizing and short listing resumes from database and internet. Head hunting adhering to specific timelines. Organize & Co ordinate with Candidates for interview scheduling of Entry, middle and senior level hiring & feedback from Clients. Daily processing of internal and external applications and candidate correspondence. Log and track candidates throughout the recruitment process. To respond to candidates and answer candidate queries. Follow up on offers. Maintaining various MIS and organization charts on regular basis with respect to Recruitment Candidate mapping etc Maintenance and computerization of resume database in-house. Building excellent rapport with the clients and candidates Building Innovative sources of recruitment.

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A.
