Job Description:
PRIMARY FUNCTION- Own post-setup item maintenance for all items selling on various Target channels, as part of the centralized Item Maintenance Team and enable efficiencies for the Item COE team. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform maintenance of items post item set up (cost, retail, casepack, UPC changes, MTA changes etc.) to ensure most relevant and updated item information is presented to our guest Communicate critical issues and liaison with partner teams to make sure Item maintenance is done in an accurate and timely manner by demonstrating high sense of accountability Execute special projects for mass maintenance of item attributes (Guest Facing Brand, Product title, Bar codes etc.) Implement remediation of category-specific Merch Type Attributes to enhance guest experience Work with relevant support teams to escalate procedural/technical issues for speedy resolution Mentor new joiners and train them on item maintenance REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Manager/Senior Manager, Item Data Works closely with Item Data Specialists and support teams (Merch Business Support, Online Ops etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Graduation degree and/or related experience Strong detail orientation with high degree of accuracy Strong communication skills Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work with ambiguity Microsoft Office proficiency Self-motivated, able to set work plans, prioritize, and has strong bias for driving results.
